Applicant: KPMP Investments Pty Ltd
Description: An application to modify an approved consent has been submitted to Council, which proposes to modify development consent LDA2014/0541 granted by the Land and Environment Court (File No. 2016/158927).  The application seeks to remove BASIX related conditions 5, 49 and 92 in conditions approved by the Court on 26 July 2016. 
Submissions regarding the above application must be lodged no later than 8 December 2017.

Property:  53-96 Badjoz Road, North Ryde
Local Development Application NoLDA2017/0442
Applicant: Pergola Land Pty Ltd
Description: To construct a pergola to existing aged care facility.  
The above proposal is integrated development under the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979, as the subject proposal is within 40m of bushfire prone land. The relevant approval body is the NSW Rural Fire Service.
Submissions regarding the above application must be lodged no later than 8 December 2017.


The above applications are not ‘designated development’ under the terms of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act, and the City of Ryde is the authority responsible for the determination of the applications.

Making Submissions

Anyone may make submissions concerning these applications. Submissions are required to be in writing, and should the submission be by way of objection to the proposal, the submission should specify the grounds of objection. All correspondence should be addressed to the General Manager and can be sent by:

Council has resolved that all submissions received in relation to rezoning and development applications will be publicly accessible on request.
