Voluntary Planning Agreements on Exhibition

Council proposes to enter into the following Deed of Variation to Voluntary Planning Agreement, which is now on Public Exhibition.

Please Note: Not all VPAs received by Council require public notification. Council follows a Community Participation Plan (CPP) that outlines the mandatory community engagement requirements (how and when Council will engage with the community) on planning matters. The CPP reflects the community participation requirements in planning legislation, including mandatory consultation timeframes.

Making Submissions

Anyone may make submissions concerning these Draft Planning Agreements. Submissions are required to be in writing, and should the submission be by way of objection to the Draft Planning Agreements, the submission should specify the grounds of objection. They should be addressed to:

Planning Agreements are related to either rezonings and/or development applications. Therefore, submissions in relation to Draft Planning Agreements will be publicly accessible on request’

The supply of personal information is voluntary. However if you choose to make an anonymous submission it may be given less weight (or no weight) in the overall consideration of the application.
