Emergency situations can strike without warning. It's important to be ready for all sorts of emergencies including extreme weather events such as floods, bushfires and severe storms, as well as human-induced crises such as power outages, supply chain issues and pandemics.
During an emergency, the main aim is to ensure your staff are safe and your business continues operating. By planning before an emergency happens, you can help make sure your business is ready.
An Emergency Management Plan will help guide your business before, during and after an emergency. Both State and Federal Governments provide information and tools to assist businesses in preparing for emergencies.
