If your bin has gone missing contact Council’s Customer Service on 9952 8222 or report it online via the below link:

Bins will be replaced within five working days.

Damaged Bins

If your bin is damaged (e.g. bin is split, lid has fallen off, or wheels have fallen off) contact Council's Customer Service on 9952 8222 or report it online via the below links:

Please leave the damaged bin on the kerbside until it has been repaired.

Bins will be repaired within five working days.
