The City of Ryde Council Meeting scheduled for Tuesday 29 April was adjourned at 6.30pm due to a fire alarm evacuation interrupting proceedings. The meeting will be scheduled on another date yet to be decided.
Council has a car parking permit system for the Glen Street carpark at Eastwood. Holders of permits may park in this car park for unlimited periods. The permit however, does not give the holder access to a reserved parking space and all other conditions other than the time restrictions still apply.
