Local Planning Panel Meetings Calendar

If a public meeting is required, these meetings will generally be held on the 2nd Thursday of each month by teleconference (Microsoft Teams) and commence at 1pm.

Additional extraordinary meetings may be scheduled there is a need. Meetings can also be cancelled when there are no items.

The Panel Secretariat will notify those who made public submissions when a matter is to be determined via a public meeting and further instructions will be provided if you wish to join the meeting or listen to the live webcast on the day.

Please note: No meetings are held in January. Consideration has also been taken to accommodate NSW public and school holiday periods.
