This October school holidays, our Library has put together a number of digital resources to keep your child engaged and learning while at home. Granny Smith Festival

This year’s Granny Smith Festival will be celebrated a little differently this year, with the traditional one-day festival replaced with a large number of events that will take place throughout October. 

Granny’s Virtual Kitchen

Grab an apron and join in the fun at home with a delicious Granny’s Virtual Kitchen Cooking Workshop.

Drive in Cinema

The City of Ryde in partnership with Macquarie University are excited to announce that we will be running our very first Drive in Cinema over the October long weekend on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 October.

Kids Apple Activities

Fun apple crafts and activities for Kids.

The Big Apple Talent Quest

If you can dance, sing, do a magic trick, juggle or tell a joke this is your chance to win! The competition is open to NSW Based residents, we are encouraging both soloist and groups to apply.

School Holiday Guided Walks

Come along and meet ranger Sarah for a fun morning together in nature. This will be a fun and engaging activity for children and their parents/carers to do in nature as well as learning to know better their own neighbourhood.
