Council granted development consent on 3 February 2009 for the redevelopment of the Eastwood Shopping Centre with a mixed use development. The proponents have not carried out the project within the 5 year period specified within the development consent. Now the development consent has lapsed. Council will notify the residents in the event that any new development application is lodged for the redevelopment of the shopping centre.
