Harmony Day

Following a meeting of the Council of Australian Governments (COAG) in Sydney on 13 March, and advice of Chief Medical Officer, Brendan Murphy, Prime Minister Scott Morrison advised against any non-essential organised gatherings of 500 or more people from Monday 16 March 2020. In light of this, City of Ryde has cancelled several upcoming major events including Harmony Day. This is a precautionary measure for community safety. Find out more.

Celebrate the diversity of the City of Ryde on Harmony Day.

The City of Ryde in conjunction with the Community Migrant Resource Centre will be holding a community festival including performances, activities and food from around the world.

There will be plenty of activities for the kids, along with cultural performances to enjoy.

The event will take place between 11.00am and 3.00pm at Ryde Park.
