Contract Register

The Council of the City of Ryde contracts can be found at the links below. There are three types of contracts listed in the register - Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3.

Class 1 

Class 1 contracts are contracts with a value of $150,000 or more.

Class 2

Class 2 contracts are contracts with a value over $150,000 and not procured via tendering and:

  1. The Terms and Conditions have been substantially negotiated with the successful tenderer
  2. The proposed contract has not been made publicly available and the terms and conditions of the contract have been negotiated directly with the contractor
  3. The obligations of one or more parties under the contract continue for 10 years or more
  4. The contract involves a privately funded project as defined by guidelines published by the Treasury

Class 3

Class 3 contracts are contracts with a value over $5 million and not procured via tendering and:

  1. The Terms and Conditions have been substantially negotiated with the successful tenderer
  2. The proposed contract has not been made publicly available and the terms and conditions of the contract have been negotiated directly with the contractor
  3. The obligations of one or more parties under the contract continue for 10 years or more
  4. The contract involves a privately funded project as defined by guidelines published by the Treasury
