Not all Development Applications received by the Council require advertising. To view current Development Applications (DAs) on exhibition please refer to the list below.

Council  follows a Community Participation Plan (CPP) that outlines the mandatory community engagement requirements (how and when Council will engage with the community) on planning matters. The CPP reflects the community participation requirements in planning legislation, including mandatory consultation timeframes.

Making Submissions

Anyone may make submissions concerning these applications. Submissions are required to be in writing, and should the submission be by way of objection to the proposal, the submission should specify the grounds of objection. All correspondence should be addressed to the City of Ryde and can be sent by:
