Water Polo
Ryde Water Polo Club
Ryde Water Polo Club is one of Sydney’s longest running clubs and is based at the RALC - the official water polo venue for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. Whether you have previous experience and are looking for a competitive team or you are just keen to try something new, Ryde Water Polo Club will welcome you. They are always recruiting new players, from primary school age right through to our open men's and ladies' teams, so come down to try it out and make some great new friends.
For children aged 14 and under who are interested in learning more about water polo, a Junior Development Program is held on Thursdays from 6.30pm.

Drummoyne Water Polo
Join the 5-week adult mixed FunFit water polo program at Ryde Aquatic Leisure Centre. FunFit is a welcoming, beginner-friendly water polo fitness program for adults (18+ years) of all fitness levels. No experience is needed - just jump in, get active, meet new people, and enjoy being part of the community.
Duration: 5-week program, all Sundays
Starts: Sunday 21 June
Time: 2:45pm – 4:00pm

Swimming Clubs
Swimming clubs hold weekly competitions for various ages and abilities. It's a great way to improve your swimming and compete with others in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
North Ryde RSL Youth Swim Club
Who: Ages 5 - 24 years who can swim at least 25 metres unaided.
When: Sunday mornings. 7.50am for an 8.00am start
Cost: Membership fees apply. Discounts may be available for mid-season registration. (Note: seasons run from October - March)
Timed races are held in all the major strokes and all swimmers are handicapped according to their previous times. The meets are run entirely by parent volunteers in a family-friendly atmosphere. There are opportunities for swimmers to represent the club at RSL zone and state carnivals, and they also hold several social functions during the season such as barbecues and discos for the whole family to enjoy.

Ryde Masters Swimming
Who: Adults - over 18 years of any ability
When: Monday 7.45pm – 8.45pm, and Wednesday 7.30pm - 8.30pm
Cost: Membership fees apply. Potential members may swim with the club four times in a month for free before deciding whether they want to join. (Note: normal RALC entry fees apply).
Ryde Masters Swimming is an adult swimming club affiliated with Masters Swimming NSW. They welcome members over 18 years of any ability who wish to improve their personal achievement in swimming through training and competition.
The club is operated by its members on a voluntary basis so there is plenty of opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the club. Coaches provide training programs graduated to suit everyone from the slower swimmers to the faster ones.
After the Wednesday night swim, the Club puts on a complimentary supper which is a great opportunity to meet other members.

Aquactive Swim Club
Who: 10 - 16 years
When: Every Tuesday and Wednesday 7.00pm - 8.30pm
AQ Swim Club helps swimmers improve with focused training and expert coaching.
They help students who want to refine their skills and take their swimming further to join Junior Squad.
