Mental Health Month provides a chance to promote activities and ideas that can have a positive impact on our daily lives and the lives of others.

The events and messages are tied together with a specific theme, and this year’s is Taking Steps on Your Wellbeing Journey.

It also gives us the opportunity to understand the importance of good mental health in our everyday lives and encourages help seeking behaviours when needed.
