Following the City of Ryde Council Meeting adjournment from last night (Tuesday 29 April) due to a fire alarm evacuation interrupting proceedings, the meeting will be held tonight, Wednesday 30 April, at 7.00pm.
Our creeks and waterways are a precious resource supplying recreation opportunities, habitat for wildlife and vegetation corridors. They also feed into our major waterways like the Parramatta River and Lane Cove River.
Unfortunately, some companies and individuals have used our natural areas as a dumping ground for toxic substances and waste.
That’s why we are asking the community to work with Council to put an end to this.
