Payment and Bond

• Bonds are only required for Medium & High risk bookings.
• Where required, bonds are refundable after the event if the venue is left in a clean and tidy condition and all rubbish is removed from the premises. 
• Full payment is required prior to the commencement of your booking. Your booking is not confirmed until full payment and where applicable a bond is paid.

Set Up and Clean Up

• Set up, pack down and cleaning time must be included within your booking hours.  If the facility is not vacated at the end of your designated time, you will be charged accordingly

Insurance

• The hirer must provide a Certificate of Currency for $20 million Public Liability Insurance. This is required for all hirers other than for private functions.
