Meadowbank Bridge, also known locally as the ‘John Whitton Bridge’ will be temporarily closed for pedestrian access between 9:00 to 11:00 am on Friday 10 February 2023.

Provides advice to Council to ensure that Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) residents in the City of Ryde are welcomed and able to participate actively and inclusively in all aspects of community and civic life.
The City of Ryde Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) is a strategic document that includes practical actions that will drive Council's contribution to reconciliation both internally and in our community.
Provides advice to Council on matters relating to the needs and concerns of young people in the City of Ryde to ensure they are able to participate and engage actively in all aspects of community and civic life.
Provides support and advice regarding the implementation of the Economic Development Strategy.
Advises Council on all matters relating to cycling, sport, and recreation in the City of Ryde.
Provides advice to Council on gender equality and the empowerment of women to improve the ways in which women in the City of Ryde are able to participate and engage actively in all aspects of community and civic life.
Considers matters and inform Council of community views, priorities and topics regarding the natural environment and sustainability topics within the Ryde LGA and regional initiatives.
