Community Strategic Plan
Have your say on the future of the City of Ryde
The draft CSP – Ryde to 2035 – and accompanying draft long-term planning and strategic documents are now available on Council's Have Your Say page for community feedback. The CSP has been refreshed following seven months of engagement activities, using a range of methods to seek feedback and input from our diverse communities. A summary of what we heard is included in the Draft CSP.
Feedback closes at 11.59pm on Sunday 1 June 2025.
Have Your Say
City of Ryde’s Community Strategic Plan (CSP) outlines our vision, aspirations, and priorities for the City for the next 10 years and provides a high-level roadmap for how we will get there, together.
This long-term strategy responds to the latest forecasts on how the City will grow and change, ensuring the City of Ryde remains a vibrant place to live, work, and play.
We are refining our collective vision, aspirational outcomes and strategic priorities for the City from 2025 through to 2035, continuing to build on the existing Ryde 2028 Community Strategic Plan.
We invited our community and key stakeholders to contribute to the refresh of the plan to ensure that the key outcome areas from the current CSP reflect the focus for our City. The Have Your Say period was open from 30 September 2024 to 2 February 2025.
Input provided is being reviewed to help us ensure that our vision and priorities continue to reflect our community. It will also guide the development of our next Four-Year Delivery Program and One-Year Operational Plan.
The draft CSP will be presented to Council in April 2025, before being placed on public exhibition for further community feedback in May 2025.
