A low cost seniors yoga class with modified movements and poses for those with limited mobility. This class can be done on the floor with mats, seated in a chair, or a combination of both.

When: Wednesdays 11am-12pm

Where: Shepherds Bay Community Centre 

Accessibility: This is an accessible venue, with both street parking and an underground parking garage available.

Cost: $50per Term. Program runs for 9 weeks on Wednesdays during school terms.
