In recognition of Jean Hailes Women’s Health Week, join us to explore mental load and burnout—and discover ways to nurture your wellbeing.

In today’s fast-paced world, women are often juggling careers, caregiving, relationships, and household responsibilities—frequently without acknowledgment of the invisible labour this entails. This session, facilitated by a Clinical Psychologist, explores the concept of the “mental load,” how it contributes to chronic stress and burnout, and why it disproportionately impacts women. There will also be discussion around societal expectations, emotional labour, and strategies for setting boundaries, redistributing tasks, and reclaiming energy. A must-attend for those wanting to better understand and support women’s wellbeing in both personal and professional spheres.
