Council Meeting | Development Control Plan 2014 - Tree Preservation

The Draft Amendments to Development Control Plan 2014 (DCP) - Tree Preservation were on public exhibition from 16 September to 27 October 2024, during which our community shared their feedback.
The outcomes of the public exhibition were reported to Council’s meeting on Tuesday 27 May 2025.
At this meeting, it was resolved to defer the updated DCP - Tree Preservation adoption until a further report is brought back to Council.
A report responding to Council's resolution will be considered at the meeting on Tuesday 22 July 2025, along with the recommendation to adopt the updated DCP - Tree Preservation.
