At its meeting 16 June 2015, the Works and Community Committee resolved:
'(a) That Council adopts the Buffalo and Kittys Creek Flood Study and Floodplain Risk Management Study and Plan as the basis for managing development and guiding flood mitigation works in the catchments.
(b) That Council adopts the Parramatta River- Ryde subcatchment Flood Study and Floodplain Risk Management Study and Plan as the basis for managing development and guiding flood mitigation works in the catchments.'
Note: This is now a resolution of Council in accordance with the Committee’s delegated powers.
