What do I need to do to change my contact details with Council?
Council’s business and contact with the community is very diverse. Therefore, updating one system might not update all areas of contact you might have with the City of Ryde. Depending on your dealings or business with Council, the process to change your contact details might vary.
City of Ryde also acts as an agent for some State Authorities which includes updating contact details on their data bases.
A list of the most common interactions and services with Council that hold contact details is provided below, including details on how to change your contact details.

Proprietor of a registered food premise

Managing Agent for residential flat units
Email Council at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an update on your contact details and include the property address for the complex or unit that you are managing.
Contact your local branch or email email@example.com to request an update to your library membership. Include your membership details, previous contact details and new details.
Ryde Aquatic Leisure Centre (RALC) membership
Contact the RALC staff to update your membership details by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Current development application
Email Council at email@example.com to request an update on your contact details and include the property address and development application number.
Current tree management application
Email Council at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an update on your contact details and include the property address and tree management application number.
Security deposit bonds
Email Council at email@example.com to request an update on your contact details and include details of the outstanding bond/s held by Council. If possible, include receipt details, property address and application number that the bond/s related to.
City of Ryde Events stallholder
Email the Events team at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an update of your contact details, include your trading name and type of business/stall.
This database is not managed by Council, any changes need to be referred to the NSW Electoral Commission.
If your contact with Council is not listed above contact Customer Service on 9952 8222 or email email@example.com and provide details of your contact with Council, including your old contact details and the new details.
Customer Service staff can also help to explain the process for updating your contact details. The more information you provide to staff on your contact with Council, the better staff will be able to clarify what you need to do to ensure all your contact with Council is updated.
