On Australia Day, we come together as a nation to celebrate our diverse society and landscape, our remarkable achievements and our bright future.
It is also a chance to reflect on our nation's history, and to consider how we can make Australia an even better place in future.

City of Ryde Australia Day Ceremony
Venue: North Ryde School of Arts Hall, 201 Coxs Road, North Ryde
Australia Day Ambassador address
Australia Day Ambassador, paralympian Erik Horrie will speak about what is great about Australia and being Australian.
Citizen and Young Citizen of the Year Announcement
Meet the local heroes whose actions mirror our national valued and have been nominated by residents for our top civic honours.
Fifty local residents will become Australian citizens. They will sing the National Anthem for the first time as Australians. Then there will be lamingtons and sausage rolls for all.
Australia Day Family Concert & Fireworks
