Empower Ryde
What is the Empower Ryde?
Empower Ryde is a peer-led support program designed for people with disability who are living, working, or studying in the City of Ryde area.
This program will provide a safe and supportive space where people with disability can connect, network, learn, and inspire one another around employment-related matters.
Whether you are seeking employment or currently working, we would love to hear from you.
What is peer-led program?
It is a teaching approach where peers with similar interests work together through discussion to solve complex problems. In this program, we will focus on employment-related topics. Whether you are facing challenges with finding a job, changing the job, getting adequate support at work, how to open your own business or simply looking to build new skills, this is the group for you.

- Share your challenges, experiences, and stories.
- Exchange ideas and practical advice.
- Build a network of support.
