This is a fun and interactive 6-week program, designed specifically for children 8 years and older.
Whether your child is a beginner or wants to level up their chess skills, they are welcome to participate and learn new strategies.
Our friendly instructor from the NSW Junior Chess League will guide them through games and help improve their skills. It's a great opportunity for kids to socialise, learn, and have a blast playing chess!
Dates: Thursdays, from 31 July for 6 weeks (31 July, 1, 8, 21, 29 August, 4 September)
Cost: $10.00
Ages: Children 8 years and up. For participants under the age of 12, parents and/or guardians of children must remain in the library for the duration of the program.
