With a clear voice that cuts right to the heart of the matter, Ryde based singer songwriter Amanda Thomas takes thoughts and feelings and paints a picture with sound that stays with you long after the song is over.With three singles already released, Amanda’s sophomore album Open Road will be out soon.
The singer/songwriter and vocal coach, has performed at many venues around Sydney including Lizottes, The Opera Bar, The Bridge Hotel, The Granny Smith and Moocooboola Festivals. You may have heard her recently on Ryde’s local Radio Station 2RRR with Debbie M or on ABC Radio Mornings with Hamish McDonald when she played live in Eastwood Mall in February.
Amanda’s original works have been selected as a semi-finalist in the International Songwriting Competition 2021, Unsigned Only Music Competition 2022, finalist in the UK Songwriting Contest, an honourable mention in the 13th Billboard World Song Contest and 2nd in the ASA national contest.
