City of Ryde is seeking feedback on a proposal to install 2P (2 hour) parking between 8:30AM and 6:00PM, MONDAY to FRIDAY on the eastern-side of Ryedale Road, Eastwood (north of First Avenue).
WHAT ARE THE PROPOSED CHANGES?
In order to improve short-term parking during business hours, Council is proposing to convert seven (7) spaces from unrestricted parking to 2P (8:30AM-6PM, MON-FRI) on the eastern side of Ryedale Road, Eastwood.

WHY IS THE CHANGE BEING CONSIDERED?
Council has received a request from local business operators for this change in order to improve short-term parking turnover. The proposed changes will improve parking demand during business hours and increase the availability of short-term parking for customers of the surrounding businesses.
