Adoption and Council Resolution 9 February 2021

At the Works & Community Committee meeting held on Tuesday 9 February 2021, Council resolved the following: 

(a) Council adopt the ELS Hall Park Plan of Management in accordance with section 40 of the Local Government Act 1993. 

(b) That in accordance with Section 40A and 47G of the Local Government Act 1993, Council adopt the recategorisations as set out in the Public Hearing and Submissions Report from Parkland Planners to bring these in line with the changes as outlined in the ELS Hall Park, Greenwood Park and Booth Reserve Masterplan adopted by Council in May 2019.

Please note: This is now a resolution of Council in accordance with the Committee's delegated powers. The minutes of the works and Community Committee were adopted at Council Meeting on 23 February 2021.
