Ryde Local Environmental Plan 2014 Amendment 6 was notified on Friday 11 September 2015. 2 College Street, Gladesville is now zoned B4 Mixed Use under Ryde Local Environmental Plan 2014 and the height and floor space ratio controls for 2 College Street and 10 Monash Road have been amended.
Ryde Development Control Plan Part 4.6 “Gladesville Town Centre and Victoria Road Corridor” has also been updated.
