Proposed Use: Commercial Purposes
Pursuant to Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council proposes to make the following resolution with respect to the Land:
(a) That pursuant to Section 31 (2) the land known as Lot 1 in Deposited Plan 746316 being 40 Punt Road NSW 2111 will initially be classified as operational land; and, a caveat be placed on title to reflect this:
The Land may be classified as operational land under section 31 of the Local Government Act 1993. Subsequent to the heritage building on the Land being leased for commercial purposes by Council, it is intended that Council will reclassify the Land as community land.
