Family History

If you are researching your family history, Ryde Library has a collection of family history resources. The resources that may assist you include:

  • Births, Deaths and Marriages Records
  • Convict Records
  • Shipping and Passenger Records
  • Pioneer Records
  • Cemetery Transcripts

The Family History Room is located at Ryde Library and may be used during the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 10am - 9pm
  • Saturday: 9.30am - 5pm
  • Sunday: 2pm - 5pm

Bookings are essential if you wish to use the equipment. Call 9952 8352 to make a booking.
