COR EOI 01/16 Licensing of facility 8 Turner St Ryde -Westward Cottage

City of Ryde is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from any interested parties / organisations wishing to use the Facility at 8 Turner Street, Ryde (known as Westward Cottage) for community based purposes under Licence Agreement in line with Council's Community Buildings Licensing Policy. The proposed licensing term is five (5) years; however, it is subject to negotiations with Council. The EOI will be evaluated on criteria detailed in the EOI information package.

The Property
The property to be licenced consists of a heritage listed single story nineteenth century Victorian brick and sandstone cottage located on 8 Turner Street, Ryde. The building has a lower ground floor.

The EOI information package is available free of charge and can be viewed on this site or email cityofryde@ryde.nsw.gov.au or call 9952 8222 and arrange a copy to be sent to you. 

How do I make a submission?
Submissions must be made in writing and must provide all information as set out in the EOI information package. They must be marked 'Westward Cottage' and can be made as follows:

Lodgement information is provided in the EOI information package. 

Closing date for submission is 2.00pm on Wednesday 17 August, 2016. Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the respondent.

Site Inspection
Council will conduct a site inspection on:
10.00am to 12.00pm
Tuesday 19 July 2016

A second site inspection has been scheduled to assist organisations who missed the first site visit. 
1.00pm - 3.00pm
Wednesday 3 August 2016

This inspection is not compulsory and attendance will have no impact in the outcome of this EOI process.
