Classification of Land - Units 309/1 & 1503/1 Mooltan Ave, Macquarie Park

City of Ryde is to acquire the land known as:

  • 309/1 Mooltan Avenue Macquarie Park being Lot 19 in SP 93582 pursuant to the provisions Ryde Local Environmental Plan 2014 for the purpose of an affordable housing unit. (Previously known as 110 – 114 Herring Road Macquarie Park)
  • 1503/1 Mooltan Avenue Macquarie Park being Lot 110 in SP 93582 pursuant to the provisions Ryde Local Environmental Plan 2014 for the purpose of an affordable housing unit. (Previously known as 110 – 114 Herring Road Macquarie Park)

Pursuant to Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council proposes to make the following resolution with respect to the Land:

(a) That pursuant to Section 31 (2) the land known as  309/1and 1503/1 Mooltan Avenue Macquarie Park (previously known as 110 – 114 Herring Road Macquarie Park) being Lots 19 and 110 respectively  in SP 93582  be classified as operational land.
