Last year, the City of Ryde asked for your feedback on youth recreation spaces and facilities within the community.

Based on your feedback, Council has prepared a draft Youth Infrastructure Strategy which is now on public exhibition for community comment. The draft Strategy provides strategic direction for the future provision of outdoor recreation places and spaces for young people in the City of Ryde. It also assesses the need and demand for additional youth spaces and identifies the design principles and most appropriate locations for such facilities.

The draft Strategy is based on Australian best practice in the provision of youth structure and extensive consultation with local youth.

We would like to hear your feedback on the draft Youth Infrastructure Strategy, which ideas and recommendations are most important for you, and any suggestions for improvement.
