Lease of part of DarvaII Park, West Ryde

Council is proposing to grant a Lease of part of DarvaII Park (being Lot 1 in DP197320) located off Park Avenue West Ryde, (comprising an area of 6,080m2) to Sydney Live Steam Locomotive Society for a term up to a maximum of fifteen (15) years.

Usage Times:

  • Access to building permitted 7.00am to 11.00pm seven days a week
  • Trains may be operated only between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm
  • On two evenings in each year of the term, trains may be operated until 11.00pm.

In accordance with the Local Government Act, Council invites you to have your say on the proposed granting of the Lease.
