The City of Ryde is proposing to renew the occupation of an existing telecommunication facility located on part of ELS Hall Park, off Kent Road, Marsfield with Australian Tower Network Pty Ltd/Optus under a five (5) year licence for use in association with their Mobile Telecommunications Network. Australian Tower Network Pty Ltd/Optus also has an option for a Licence of a further five (5) years.

In accordance with the Local Government Act, Council invites you to have your say on the proposed licence renewal.

You can Have Your Say on the Licence of part of ELS Hall Park, Marsfield in a number of ways including completing the submission form below, via e-mail or post. 

Written submissions must be clearly marked as 'Licence of part of ELS Hall Park, Marsfield, reference PPM2008/272' and will be received up until Wednesday 10 November 2021.

It is Council policy that all submissions received will be publicly accessible on request. Supplying your personal information is voluntary. However, anonymous submissions may be given less weight (or no weight) in the overall consideration of the lease proposal.
