Pursuant to Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council proposes to make the following resolution with respect to the Land:

(a) That pursuant to Section 31 (2) the land known as  Lot 10 in Deposited Plan 8675 being 22 Argyle Ave Ryde NSW 2112 be classified as operational land.
