Delivery Program and Operational Plan
The City of Ryde’s Four-Year Delivery Program 2025-2029 and One-Year Operational Plan 2025-2026 outlines Council’s plans to deliver the seven strategic outcomes in the Ryde to 2035: Community Strategic Plan. It highlights Council’s commitment to support our Community’s shared vision for the City of Ryde: ‘the place to be for lifestyle and opportunity at your doorstep’.
The Four-Year Delivery Program provides an outline of how the full range of Council functions and operations will deliver the services expected by our community, as well as the many legislative responsibilities and regulatory functions that Council is required to implement. The Four-Year Delivery Program also describes how we will measure our performance to ensure we’re delivering the right mix of services and projects to balance short-term and long-term aspirations with advised management.
The One-Year Operational Plan is an extract from the Four-Year Delivery Program and details the actions and projects that Council plans to deliver in the next financial year. It also includes our annual budget. Progress against this program is reported publicly at the end of every quarter.
Council reviews and updates all Fees and Charges on an annual basis in line with the corresponding Operating Budget (found within the One-Year Operational Plan). The Fees and Charges 2025-2026 can be viewed below.
