ELS Hall Park Playground - Construction has now started

Construction of the ELS Hall Park Playground Upgrade started in late March 2018, and is scheduled to be completed by late September 2018, weather permitting. A section of the park area will be closed for the duration of the upgrade works. The remainder of the park will be open.
