Works to commence - West Parade Upgrade Between Miriam Rd & Reserve St

Following the feedback received in March 2021, we have updated the design and we are pleased to advise that works are due to commence for the West Parade Upgrade Between Miriam Road and Reserve Street. 

WHAT WILL THE WORKS INVOLVE?

  • Construction of kerb and gutter along the northern-side
  • Reconstruction of existing kerb and gutter along the southern-side
  • Construction of asphalt kerb along the existing trees on the road sides
  • Realignment of stormwater drainage pits to suit the new kerb
  • Reconstruction of affected driveways to suit the new kerb alignment
  • Road resurfacing and line-marking

WHEN WILL THE WORKS TAKE PLACE?

Works are scheduled to commence July 2021 and are planned for completion by December 2021, weather permitting.
