Council  follows a Community Participation Plan (CPP) that outlines the mandatory community engagement requirements (how and when Council will engage with the community) on planning matters. The CPP reflects the community participation requirements in planning legislation, including mandatory consultation timeframes.

Development Proposal: Remedial works to an existing multi dwelling housing development. The courtyards and retaining walls to the rear of dwelling Nos. 11 and 12 have experienced subsidence as a result of a significant rainfall event and accordingly remedial work which includes new retaining walls, restoration of levels and improved stormwater drainage is required.

The development is Regionally Significant pursuant to Schedule 6 of the Planning System SEPP 2021, the Sydney North Planning Panel is the determining authority.

Anyone may make submissions concerning these applications. Submissions are required to be in writing, and should the submission be by way of objection to the proposal, the submission should specify the grounds of objection.
