City of Ryde Prayer Breakfast

The City of Ryde Prayer Breakfast has been held since 1992 and is a time to come together as one to promote goodwill throughout the community through prayer.

The 2023 Prayer Breakfast was held on Friday 30 June at the Ryde Eastwood Leagues Club with guest speaker Ryde local, Greig Whittaker speaking on ‘How can we build healthy communities in vertical villages?’

Greig Whittaker | Salvation Army Team Leader & Together for Ryde

Greig is currently the Director of Network and Movement at City to City Australia. He has served and explored his faith journey within the context of The Salvation Army as part of a multigenerational Salvo family. He planted with others the Ryde Salvation Army 27 years ago and now assists his wife, Amanda, as team leaders. Greig has been part of the Together for Ryde pastors network that is now several years into the journey of growing trust and exploring serving the city together.

How do I get to the Prayer Breakfast?

The 2023 Prayer Breakfast will be held on Friday 30 June at Ryde Eastwood Leagues club in the Auditorium Room on Level 1.

The undercover parking will be made available to event patrons from 6:30 am.

Guests will receive their table numbers when they arrive at the breakfast. If you would like to sit with certain people, we recommended booking your tickets together in the one transaction.
