Addressing the Planning Panel

When an application is to be determined by the LPP, applicants and those who made a submission will be advised of the date of the meeting or whether the matter will be determined via a public meeting or electronic determination.

For either a public meeting or an electronic determination, the Council officer’s report will be available on Council’s website seven (7) days prior to the determination.

Members of the public including applicants, objectors, supporters or residents wishing to address the Panel regarding an agenda item must first register by 12 noon the day before the meeting.

Registered speakers must have already lodged a written submission on the development application or planning proposal. Alternatively, a brief written submission (no longer than an A4 page) can be submitted outlining the issues you wish to address the Panel about, along with the Application to Address the Local Planning Panel Form by midday on the day prior to the meeting.

Additional plans or consultant reports will not be considered by the panel at the meeting.
