This includes increasing the building height and amendments to the façades, internal floor layout, and rooftop layout. The proposal includes the conversion of a portion of the roof to a retractable awning to service an outdoor space on level 2.

The proposed works generally align the construction of the development with LDA2024/0194 which approved the use of the premises for a pub and café.
