In July 2021, Council commenced a 12-month trial of disc golf facilities at the North Ryde Common.

We would like to hear your thoughts on the disc golf trial to date, and any other feedback you have on the facilities for the remainder of the trial period. The trial will run until Thursday 30 June 2022.

ABOUT DISC GOLF AND THE FACILITIES AT NORTH RYDE COMMON

Disc golf is played like traditional golf, but instead of using golf balls and clubs players use flying discs. The goal is to play each hole in the fewest throws possible.

The course at North Ryde Common has 9 baskets with 18 tee pads (holes), and signage for each hole. The course is publicly available with no fees or bookings required to participate. All the course components are removable to ensure there is no impact on community events held in the North Ryde Common.
