Coastal Sandstone Gully Forest

Coastal Sandstone Gully Forest is widely distributed along the eastern extent of the Sydney sandstone plateaus. It occupies sheltered aspects on infertile Hawkesbury sandstone, in areas that receive more than 1000mm of average annual rainfall.
