A CDC is a combined planning and construction approval that applies to a range of development types that are able to meet development standards underState Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008(Code SEPP).
At Ryde Certifiers, our experienced, accredited and qualified team of building surveyors are available 5 days a week all year round for review, assessment and inspections of your Complying Development Certificate (CDC).
Ryde Certifiers can issue a CDC for your development if it complies with the Code SEPP criteria, and when lodging your CDC, we can also act as your Principal Certifier.
Additional documents and/or plans may also be required to be provided please contact Ryde Certifiers for confirmation.
Applications for Complying Development Certificates are to be made via the NSW Planning Portal.
