Appointment of a Principal Certifier (PC)
Ryde Certifiers can be appointed as your principal certifier to oversee the construction phase of the development and complete mandatory building inspections, known as critical stage inspections, to make sure that building standards are met.
Ryde Certifiers are available 5 days a week, all year!
When building work has finished and all requirements are satisfied, Ryde Certifiers will complete final inspections and issue the final occupation certificate.
