This Tai Chi training program is based on traditional Yang Style Tai Chi (the most popular Tai Chi style) with the focus on senior's wellbeing such as balance, mobility and mindfulness.
The class usually includes gentle warm up, traditional Tai Chi fundamental exercises and Tai Chi form.
The program is led by Sifu James Gao, a well-known Tai Chi master in Sydney
