A new neighbourhood park has been constructed to replace the former Denistone East Bowling Club site. This new community area offers an open space, a playground, seating and shelters.
Construction started in early February 2020 and it was completed on 18 September 2020.
Works included:
- Demolition of current buildings
- Landscaping and earthworks
- Construction of multiple play areas
- Installation of new play equipment
- Provision of park benches and shading
